These two podcasts are like soul-soothing therapy you didn’t know you needed.
Recently I saw 2 podcasts released by Ranveer Allahbadia post the controversy and honestly I feel quality of podcasts is increased.
Both of the podcasts are very insightful and felt like free therapy if you are going through the hard time or just want to know listen to something spiritual or related to emotional and mental well being then these 2 podcasts are must to listen.
Heart To Heart Conversation With Buddhist Monk Palga Rinpoche
Me in personal life do follow Buddhism practice earlier I was on and off but now I am trying to be consistent with my practice as much as I can because whenever I just stop my practice suddenly go back to the same loop and today’s age it is very important to be indulged into spiritual practices because once you stop you can go back to the negative mindset.
So when I saw that podcast with Buddhist Monk Palga Rinpoche is released so I was very much interested to watch this podcast and let me tell me you I was not at all disappointed.
There are times when unintentionally lots of things go wrong, we feel like nothing is working in our favor we start questioning and doubting ourselves and that is the time when we need to show the kindness and love towards us like we show to our best friends.
In this podcast Ranveer asked questions like this because of the recent incident happened with him and in response of these questions Buddhist Monk Palga Rinpoche gave the very insightful answers.
One of the best things said by Buddhist Monk Palga Rinpoche is Acceptance, Karma , let go and move on this is what Buddhism practice is all about.
It is not about the religion it is about the karma, humanity, sense of togetherness and kindness.
This practice is all about the community as I know letting go and moving on are the hardest things to do but we all are work in progress and little steps definitely helps.
As mentioned by Buddhist Monk Palga Rinpoche we should just accept the past mistakes learn from them, move on focus on doing good things.
Loneliness Special | Dr. Prerna Kohli
This is the another podcast that I loved listening to the most.
There are days when we are dealing with bad mental health days like loneliness.
One thing became sure from this podcast that loneliness is definitely becoming biggest issue and we don’t know how to deal with it.
Loneliness can be due to multiple reasons and those reasons are explained really well by famous clinical psychologist Prerna Kohli from Gurgaon not only that she also gave some really some amazing tips to overcome the challenges related to day to day mental health issues like overthinking, anxiety, self doubts and negative self talk.
Final Thoughts
One thing that was common in both of the podcasts was that we are not thinking about the community, togetherness we all becoming day by day even more selfish and thinking only about ourselves.
Giving back to the community by doing donations of any sorts, helping under privileged people, being indulged into spiritual practices, helping others out without having any expectations, taking care of each other as a community is the must.
