This mango chutney recipe is simple to make as you need to add only basic ingredients add them into blender and add water as needed that’s it in just 15 minutes your Raw Mango Chutney is ready.
Ingredients
- Raw Mangoes – 2
- Green Chilies – 12 to 15
- Mint – 1 cup of mint leaves add more if needed
- Salt – 2 tablespoons

Direction To Make Raw Mango Recipe
First wash all of the above mentioned ingredients.
To make this mango chutney recipe you just need to remove skin first later cut raw mangoes into small pieces once done keep it aside.
Post washing mint leaves let them dry properly.
Once done add green chilies inside blender and start blending chilies.
Later add dried mint leaves blend properly post that add small pieces of raw mangoes inside blender followed by salt and water as needed.
Blend it all properly that’s it your your mango chutney recipe is ready.
Important note:
You could store this chutney inside fridge for 1 to 2 weeks max.
