This mango chutney recipe is simple to make, as you need to add only basic ingredients, add them into a blender and add water as needed. That’s it; in just 15 minutes, your Raw Mango Chutney is ready.
Ingredients
- Raw Mangoes – 2
- Green Chillies – 12 to 15
- Mint – 1 cup of mint leaves; add more if needed
- Salt – 2 tablespoons

Directions to Make Raw Mango Recipe
First, wash all of the above-mentioned ingredients.
To make this mango chutney recipe, you just need to remove the skin first, then cut raw mangoes into small pieces. Once done, keep it aside.
After washing mint leaves, let them dry properly.
Once done, add green chillies inside the blender and start blending the chillies.
Later, add dried mint leaves, blend properly and then add small pieces of raw mangoes inside the blender, followed by salt and water as needed.
Blend it all properly; that’s it. Your mango chutney recipe is ready.
Important note:
You could store this chutney in the fridge for 1 to 2 weeks max.
