Finally I am back with my another pasta recipe clearly that you definitely can’t resist.
It is so easy, tasty and healthy recipe that you must try in your brunch, lunch or dinner.
Major ingredient I have used to make this pasta recipe is Peanut Butter.
I personally enjoyed eating this pasta as to make this pasta I didn’t had to use much of the ingredients if you look into recipes of my blog you would know I like to make recipes that are easy to make and doesn’t require much of the efforts.
Pasta is one of my favorites that I love to eat during brunch, lunch or dinner.

How to make Peanut Butter Pasta
To make this pasta recipe you need whole wheat pasta, peanut butter that has crunchiness in it, vegetables like cauliflower, cabbage, potato & red chilies that adds crunchiness and spiciness into your pasta recipe.
Ingredients used to make Peanut Butter Pasta
- Whole wheat Pasta – To make this pasta recipe I have used Fusilli Durum Wheat pasta.
- Vegetables – For extra crunchiness and spiciness in peanut butter pasta recipe I have used cabbage, cauliflower, Onions and green chilies you could additional vegetables that you would like to add in it.
- Oil – I have used normal vegetable oil to make peanut butter pasta that we use to make food normally at our home.
- Peanut Butter -For making peanut butter pasta I am using peanut butter of brand Alpino as it is super healthy to eat as it is made of roasted almonds, no sugar, salt and also it is gluten free.

Equipment’s used to make peanut butter pasta recipe
- Air fryer – To roast the veggies I have used air fryer you could use frying pan or oven.

- Pasta water drainer – To drain the remaining pasta water I have been using pasta/rice water drainer. – Buy Here
- Non-Stick Kadhai – To make the peanut butter pasta recipe I have been using non stick kadhai. – Buy Here

Preparation
To make this pasta recipe first take 2 cups of pasta you can take more cups of pasta as well depends upon the people eating it and 3 cups of water into the sauce pan followed by 1 tablespoon of oil and salt mix it all together.
Once pasta is boiled properly and has soft texture switch off the gas and drain the pasta water, keep the pasta inside the drainer.

Meanwhile cut the cabbage, onion, cauliflower and keep them into air fryer basket followed by 1 tablespoon of oil and roast them for 10 minutes at 160 degrees or fry them in the frying pan.
How to make Peanut Butter mix
To make peanut butter mix add 1 small tablespoon peanut butter followed by spices like 1/2 tablespoon red chili powder you could add more depends upon the spice level you want , pinch of black pepper powder, 1/2 table spoon of gram masala powder followed by pinch of asafoetida (Hing), salt as per taste and also add milk or water whatever you like to make the peanut butter mix properly.
Once peanut butter mix is ready take the frying pan add peanut butter mix into it and keep it on sim once the bubbles are formed add the pasta into the peanut butter mixture and mix it all properly please note if the pasta is becoming extra dry keep adding water or milk and salt as well because as we add more liquid taste of salt dissolves so always keep tasting your pasta till the time it doesn’t give the exact taste as per your liking you could also increase the spiciness as per your taste by adding extra red chilli powder and black pepper powder.
Once the pasta is properly blend with peanut butter mix add the roasted veggies into frying pan and mix it all properly that’s it your crunchy and spicy peanut butter pasta is ready.
