Filter Coffee is a South Indian beverage that is different from the normal coffee that we drink.
For making this coffee we just need milk, chicory coffee, sugar and equipment to filter coffee.
Before I go further let me tell you why we need chicory coffee and how it is different from normal coffee.
It is made from the roots of the chicory plant.
It has a similar taste to coffee but is caffeine free.
It is used on its own or added to the coffee to enhance the flavor.
It does have a lot of health benefits.
It contains inulin which is a dietary fiber that helps in healthy digestion, blood sugar control, improves cholesterol, reduces stress etc.
If you like the strong aroma and flavor of coffee then this coffee is definitely for you.
