
If you are an old reader of my blog you would know how much i love making pasta recipes but what you don’t know is I love Maggi who doesn’t right?!
While growing up this was the comfort food for every kid including me and still is.
Whenever I feel sick the only thing I think about is Maggi I love it so much I can’t get enough of this for sure.
It’s been my forever since childhood , college days and still going strong.
Soo over the years I have tasted Maggi in different ways and every time it tastes different.
I have seen this Korean style Maggi viral recipe everywhere so I tried making the recipe in my own way and it turned out good.
Everything was balanced in this Maggi with just a few ingredients like garlic, soy sauce, green chili sauce and spices and it didn’t take much time to make it.
How to make korean style maggi
Ingredients Required
- 1 tbsp. Green chili sauce
- ¾ tbsp. turmeric powder
- Oregano
- Red chili flakes
- 1 garlic clove (peeled and chopped properly)
- 1 green chili
- ½ tbsp. red chili powder
- Maggi
- ½ cube of butter
Preparation

- First thing, boil the Maggi in the water till the time the Maggi becomes soft.
- Once done, drain the water and let boiled Maggi be in the bowl for some time to cool down.
- Take the frying pan add ½ cube of butter, let it melt for sometime once done add garlic in it, let it roast for sometime once garlic becomes brown add onion and green chili in it and let it fry for sometime.
- Once done add 1 tbsp. soy sauce followed by 1 to 2 tbsp. green sauce, ½ table spoon red chili powder, ¾ tbsp. turmeric powder, pinch of oregano, red chilli flakes and Maggi masala.
- Post that add ¾ cup of water as well otherwise ingredients would dry out and at last add boiled Maggi, mix it properly and add water as needed. That’s it as your Korean style Maggi is ready.
