Simple Red sauce Pasta Recipe | Easy Brunch/Lunch/Dinner Recipe Idea

This sauce was the experiment I wasn’t sure how it would turn out but it actually turned out really good.
For making this sauce you just need basic ingredients that would elevate the taste to next level.

Ingredients to make Red Sauce Pasta
- Tomatoes and onions – I have used 2 tomatoes and 1 big onion
- Red chili flakes – 3/4 tablespoon
- Tomato Ketchup – 2 tablespoons
- 1/2 cup milk
- spice mix (gram masala) – 1/4 tablespoon
- Red chill powder – 1/2 tablespoon (you could add more as per your taste)
- Black pepper powder – 3/4 tablespoon
- Salt as per taste
- Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons
Preparation to make Red Sauce Pasta

- First boil the pasta by adding 1 tablespoon of oil and salt in the water mix it all properly.
- Boil until it is soft for 10 minutes once done drain the pasta water and keep pasta aside.
- Cut the onions and tomatoes into halves add 1 tablespoon of oil mix it all properly and roast them for sometime once roasted add onions and tomatoes into the chopper followed by above mentioned spices, milk, salt, tomato ketchup, mayonnaise and milk.
- Blend it all properly and keep checking the taste as sometimes your sauce might be bland because of the less salt or spices.
- Once done pour the mixture into the pan and keep it into simmer for sometime once bubbles are formed add boiled pasta into the sauce mix it all properly that’s it your tasty red sauce pasta is ready.
