
HOW TO MAKE VEGETABLE RAMEN NOODLES RECIPE
Hey everyone I hope you all are doing are good. It feels good coming back to my blog again and write my first blog post related to food that is my fav thing to write about of new year Jan ’24.
I wish you all happy, healthy and prosperous new year ’24 I hope all of your dreams comes true this year that were not completed last year.
Finally I am back again writing about noodles recipe this time I tried making recipe ramen noodles that is a Korean instant noodles. I loved making this recipe it was easy and got ready in only 20 minutes and the best part is these are wheat noodles you could have it as a easy lunch/brunch or dinner options.

For making this vegetable ramen noodles recipe I choose Bibimmen Korean noodles I heard a lot about this noodles from BTS fans as these noodles are fav of BTS member Junkook.
Flavor wise it is spicy, sour and sweet definitely my kind of flavor.
One thing that I always found about this product was most of the time was out of stock and yes it deserve that amount of love from customers.

Let’s come to Ingredients I have tried as basic ingredients as I could
- Black pepper – 3/4 tablespoon
- Oil – 1 tablespoon
- Asafoetida (Hing) – Pinch of it
- Soy sauce – 1 table spoon
- Oregano
- Chili flakers
- Garam masala – 3/4 spoon
- Kashmiri Red chilli powder – 3/4 spoon of you want you could add more
- Amul cream – 1 tablespoon
- Veggies – I have used 1 capsicum, 1 small onion, 3mushroom buttons and 2 green chilies
Preparation
So to make to this simple yet tasty recipe i have taken fresh veggies like onion, capsicum, mushrooms and green chilies.
Firstly take your veggies in the bowl and wash it in the water post that chop it into small pieces as shown below.
In the next step add 2 cups of water into pot or frying pan post that add dry ramen noodles into the pot or frying pan and boil it till the time ramen noodles are soft.
Once ramen noodles are boiled transfer it to the drainer to drain the excess water and add cold water to the ramen noodles to cool it down.
In the next step take the frying pan or pot add oil let it heat for sometime once done add chopped veggies into the oil stir fry veggies for sometime.
Once done add black pepper powder, red chili powder, Asafoetida (Hing), garam masala, oregano, chili flakes, soy sauce, sauce that comes with ramen noodles packet, 1/2 tablespoon of salt and for creaminess add cream into it mix all of it very well.
Once done add cold ramen noodles to the mixture and mix it properly if the mixture is too dry add water as needed.
That’s it simple yet tasty veggies ramen noodles are ready.
