These days, I am enjoying reviewing food items that I try and test.
This time, I tried Nissin Geki Spicy Cheese Korean Ramen Noodles.
I wasn’t sure how they would taste because I usually avoid cheese-flavoured ramen, as I don’t like a very strong cheese taste.
But these noodles surprised me. They had the right balance of cheese and spice, making them flavorful without the cheese being too overpowering. Overall, I really enjoyed them.

The seasoning mix contains sugar, skimmed milk powder, garlic powder, hydrolysed vegetable protein (soya), roasted sesame seeds, iodised salt, onion powder, flavour enhancers, yeast extract powder, mixed spices such as ginger, black pepper, red chilli, cumin, and turmeric, along with tomato powder, flavours, colours, oleoresin capsicum, and an anticaking agent.
Cheese Powder Mix
The cheese powder mix is made with skimmed milk powder, palm fat, cheese powder, flavouring, yeast extract powder, colour, and turmeric powder.

How to prepare Nissin Geki Spicy Cheese Korean Ramen Noodles
For the best-tasting noodles, cook with the exact quantity of water for the time mentioned.
Boil 400ml of water.
Add Nissin Geki Noodles to the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Drain out the water.
Add the Seasoning Mix and Seasoning Oil.
Mix well and serve.
