This Indian Style Hakka Noodles Recipe is made by using spices which are easily available at home along with soy sauce and green chili sauce in 20 minutes.

Ingredients used to make Hakka Noodles Recipe
- Hakka Noodles
- Asafetida (Hing)
- Salt – As needed
- Mixed Herbs – 2 teaspoons
- Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
- Green chili sauce – 2tablespoons
- Black pepper powder – 2 teaspoons
- Vegetables of your choice – For crunchiness I used carrots, cabbage, onions and green chilies for extra spiciness.
- Butter – 1 Small cube of butter
- Vegetable oil – 1 Tablespoon

Directions to make Hakka Noodles Recipe

First thing first to boil Hakka noodles add water as needed into deep kadhai followed by 1 tablespoon of salt along with 1 tablespoon of oil let it boil for sometime.
Post that add Hakka noodles into the water let it boil for 3 to 4 minutes not more than that to avoid noodles being soggy.
Once done remove the water from the Hakka noodles and wash them with cold water.
Post that add 1 tablespoon of oil into the noodles and mix it properly to avoid the stickiness.
Take the round metal pot (Kadhai) again add butter, oil let it melt completely post that add hing, black pepper powder, mixed herbs mix it all properly.
Once done add vegetables and stir fry these veggies for sometime don’t over cook the veggies post that add
soy sauce and green chili sauce as instructed above along with salt as needed and mix it all properly.
Post completing this entire process add Hakka noodles followed by water and salt as needed to avoid the dryness in the noodles and mix it all properly that’s it your Veg Hakka noodles are ready.
