Delicious and Easy Frittata Recipe for Breakfast/Brunch

Frittata is one of the easiest recipes that I have learned in my cooking journey.
It is so simple yet so tasty to make.
We all have those days when we all are feeling too lazy to cook, and in those days frittata is the dish that comes to our rescue. This dish from Italy is mainly made of eggs.
In other words, you could say it is an Italian pancake that can be baked in the oven, air fryer, or cooked in a frying pan.
Frittata is made up of a few ingredients and is ready in just 15 minutes
Ingredients used to make frittata
- Egg – I have used 1 egg; you could use more as needed
- Veggies – I have used spring onions, green chillies, and tomatoes (you could use veggies of your choice)
- Sour Cream – 1 tablespoon
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1 tablespoon of red chilli powder; you could use more depending on the spice level you want.
- 1/2 tablespoon of garam masala
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3/4 tablespoon of baking soda
