Easy Chamomile Tea Mocktail Recipe

A refreshing and calming mocktail made with simple ingredients like lemon, chamomile tea and elderflower tonic water perfect for unwinding after a long day. This easy non alcoholic drink is light, floral and naturally soothing, making it your go to summer sip for relaxation and better sleep.

Ingredients
  

Chamomile Tea bags - 1 Tea Bag

Water - 1 Cup

Lemon - 1 Tablespoon

Elderflower Tonic Water - 1/4th Cup

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Brew the Chamomile Tea
  2. Boil water using a microwave or on the stove until it is hot. Pour the hot water into a mug and add one chamomile tea bag. Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Important Note : For a stronger chamomile flavor, allow the tea bag to steep for the full 5 minutes. Once brewed, remove the tea bag and let the tea cool. You can either refrigerate it until chilled or add ice cubes for quicker cooling.
  4. Step 2: Prepare the Mocktail
  5. Taka a glass of your choice and add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. pour in 1 cup of chilled chamomile tea.
  6. Step 3: Add the Fizz
  7. Finally, add 1/4th cup of elderflower tonic water to give the mocktail a refreshing, fizzy touch.
  8. That's it your 3 ingredient chamomile tea mocktail is ready to enjoy.
