Sleepy girl mocktail is the viral tik tok trend that became popular as a non alcoholic evening beverage to promote better sleep.

Please note this mocktail is not sweet as other mocktails.

Equipments

Mug – To make chamomile tea take a mug and add 1 cup of water to it. – BUY HERE

Microwave oven – I used a microwave oven to heat the water but if you don’t have one, you can simply boil it in a pan on the stove. BUY HERE

Measuring Cups – For accurate measurements I used measuring cups while preparing this mocktail, as following the correct quantities is important otherwise, the taste may vary. – BUY HERE

Cut Wine Glass 200 ml
For this mocktail I am using a wine glass because it instantly makes the drink look more elegant and special it just adds that cafe style vibe and makes the whole experience feel a little more fancy.

- Chamomile Tea bags – To make this mocktail recipe I have used one of the Chamomile tea bags from pack of brand TEAME as for me this is working fine you could use Chamomile tea of any brand. – BUY HERE
- Lemon – 1 Tablespoon
- Elderflower Tonic Water – To make this non alcoholic mocktail I used 1/4th Cup of elderflower tonic water of brand Sepoy instead of sparkling water as it goes very well with chamomile tea. – BUY HERE

How to make chamomile Tea Mocktail?
Step 1: Brew the Chamomile Tea
Boil water using a microwave or on the stove until it is hot. Pour the hot water into a mug and add one chamomile tea bag. Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
Important Note : For a stronger chamomile flavor, allow the tea bag to steep for the full 5 minutes. Once brewed, remove the tea bag and let the tea cool. You can either refrigerate it until chilled or add ice cubes for quicker cooling.



Step 2: Prepare the Mocktail
Taka a glass of your choice and add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. pour in 1 cup of chilled chamomile tea.
Step 3: Add the Fizz
Finally, add 1/4th cup of elderflower tonic water to give the mocktail a refreshing, fizzy touch.
