If you want to make something easy and tasty for lunch or dinner, then this paneer Hakka noodles recipe (indian style) is a must-try.
It is made up of spices easily available at home and is ready in just 20 to 25 minutes max.

Ingredients used to make Paneer Hakka Noodles Recipe (indian style)

  1. Butter – Small cube of butter
  2. Oil – 1 Tablespoon
  3. Cumin (Zeera) – Pinch of cumin seeds
  4. Cottage Cheese – Take a small piece of cottage cheese and cut it into small pieces
  5. Red Chilli powder – 1 Tablespoon
  6. Turmeric powder – 1 Teaspoon
  7. Garam Masala – 1 Teaspoon
  8. Black pepper Powder – 1 Teaspoon
  9. Salt as needed
  10. Hakka noodles
  11. Asafoetida (hing)

Directions to make Paneer Hakka Noodles Recipe

To make this recipe, the first and most important step is to boil Hakka noodles properly without making them soggy. Earlier, I made a similar post to make a street-style Hakka noodles recipe, in which I provided steps to boil noodles properly. ( link to the street-style hakka noodles recipe post)
Once noodles are boiled properly take kadhai or wok and add butter to it followed by oil once butter is melted properly add cumin seeds followed by hing let it fry for some time once done add cottage cheese and mix it all later add all of the spices mentioned above like red chili powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, garam masala mix it all done add boiled noodles followed by salt and water as needed that’s it your Hakka noodles recipe is ready.
